Plano Police responds to assault, burglaries and other crimes

The Plano Police Department has responded to one assault, six burglaries, eight motor vehicle thefts and other crimes of note between May 28-June 3.

The assault occurred at 3:03 p.m. June 1 in the 700 block of W Spring Creek Parkway.

Four residential burglaries were reported in the following incidents:

Two commercial burglaries happened on May 29 at 3:50 a.m. in the 6200 block of Coit Road and on June 1 at 5:56 p.m. on the 2400 block of K Avenue.

The eight motor vehicle thefts were reported in the following incidents:

Over 20 incidents of theft were reported between May 28 and June 3.
